Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made in connection with Reforgr, a focus and self-discipline wellness app for iOS. They complement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Use on a point specific to purchases, these Terms of Sale apply to that point. Reforgr is a wellness and self-improvement tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, or treatment.

Who we are

Reforgr is published by Nomis IT, a French single-member limited liability company (SARL a associe unique) with share capital of 1,000 EUR, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Lille Metropole under number 921 726 170 (SIREN 921 726 170). Scope

These terms apply to all purchases of Reforgr products made through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that, if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian has approved the purchase, and that you accept these terms.

What is sold and what the paid plan unlocks

Reforgr offers the following paid products:

• An auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or yearly plan, with a 3-day free trial before the first charge.
• An optional one-time lifetime unlock, a single purchase that does not renew.

The free version of the app gives you the day counter and the ability to log a slip. A paid plan unlocks the full experience, which includes your personalized program, the urge tool, the coach, daily check-ins, your timeline and insights, and the anonymous opt-in leaderboard. Exact features may evolve over time as we improve the app.

Prices and currencies

Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase. They are set and displayed by Apple, may vary by region and over time, and include any applicable taxes as determined by Apple for your country. The price you see in the App Store at the moment of purchase is the price that applies. We may change prices for future purchases or renewals, and Apple will notify you of price changes where required before they take effect.

Free trial and auto-renewal

The subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and the first charge is applied. After that, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renewal.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect for your plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in the App Store settings of your Apple ID. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel the current period.

The one-time lifetime unlock is a single charge to your Apple ID and does not renew.

Payment and merchant of record

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record and handles billing, receipts, and refunds. Nomis IT does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

Because Apple is the merchant of record, refunds are requested from and handled by Apple, not by Nomis IT. To request a refund, use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Apple ID. Refunds are granted at Apple's discretion in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable law. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, but you are welcome to contact us at support@reforgr.com if you have a problem and we will help where we can.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Reforgr subscriptions and the lifetime option are digital content supplied immediately online. Because Apple is the seller and merchant of record, your purchase contract is concluded with Apple, and it is Apple, at the time of purchase and under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, that obtains your request for immediate access and informs you how the withdrawal right applies to digital content delivered at once. Nomis IT is not the seller of these purchases and does not ask you to waive any statutory right. Any withdrawal or refund is therefore handled by Apple, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Consumer rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including, for consumers in France and the rest of the European Union, the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. These rights apply in addition to anything stated here.

Consumer mediation and dispute resolution

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first at support@reforgr.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Because all purchases are made through the Apple App Store and Apple is the merchant of record, billing and refunds remain handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, as described above.

If we cannot reach a solution together, and you are a consumer in France or elsewhere in the European Union, you may refer the dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator (mediateur de la consommation). You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Using mediation or the online platform does not affect your right to bring the matter before the competent courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version shown when you make a purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
